We are a team of seasoned F&B and HR professionals dedicated to uplifting the quality of talents we have in the food & beverage and hospitality industry in Hong Kong.

The F&B industry is exceptionally complex, with almost countless cuisines and various roles in the kitchen demanding different skills before an appetizing dish is served at the table.

Meet Our Team

Ms Florence Chow

Ms. Florence Chow has recently retired from the PCCW-HKT Group, the market leading Telecommunication and technology conglomerate in HK, after leading their Group Human Resources function for over a decade.  Prior to her retirement, she was appointed as the Senior Advisor for Group Human Resources.

Ms. Chow has over 40 years of experience in human resources in multiple industries including financial services, automobile, telecommunications and technology. She has worked in a number of multinational organizations including Bank of America, Standard Chartered Bank and American Express in Hong Kong as well as Magna International in Canada.

Mr Horace Li

Mr Horace Li has a diverse background of skills and experience. A certified Company Secretary by training and graduate from the University of Polytechnic (HK), he started his career as a Company Secretary. He later broadened his experience as a reporter for a broadcasting company and subsequently working in different areas including marketing, procurement, logistics and general operations in various industries including manufacturing, trading, FMCG, electric goods and FnB catering.

During the last 20 years, Mr Li strengthened his focus in human resources and administration and the FnB industry. In the recent years, he has supported several restaurant chains and food caterers in Hong Kong in their start-up and rapid growth during the last decade.
